There is a brewery open for the first time in Dumas history. The Toppled Turtle Brewing Company is officially open at 102 E. 7th Street. Located inside the historic Phillips & Sons building downtown.
The new microbrewery received a welcome message via Facebook from George Wendt, the actor who played Norm Peterson on the hit T.V. series Cheers.
