The Valero Energy Foundation recently donated $50,000 to Safe Place Inc. of Dumas. Valero’s public charity foundation, and philanthropic arm, fund nonprofit agencies that serve predominately disadvantaged children and families.
Their website says the foundation contributed approximately $40 million in assistance, in 2019, in the communities where Valero has major operations.
Safe Place Inc. released the following statement on Monday December 28th, 2020.
“Special thanks to the Valero Energy Foundation for their incredible donation of $50,000. Thank you for believing in our work as we continue to help children and change lives when the need has never been greater. We are so humbled to be a Valero Benefit for Children partner this year.”
