Tina Elizabeth Guevara, 43 of Dumas passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 3 o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Bod Ulrey and Loke Marquez, officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors. Viewing will be from 1 o’clock in the afternoon to 3 o’clock in the afternoon.
Tina was born on August 8, 1978, in Ft. Smith, AR to Tommy and Kathie (Phillips) Black. At a young age, the family moved to Dumas where she attended Dumas schools and graduated in 1996. Tina was united in marriage to Julio Guevara on March 15, 1996 in Dumas. Tina was employed at Pecos Diamond as an assistant manager. Tina was very independent and loved DIY projects. She also liked to listen to music but her best times were those spent with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Tina is survived by her husband, Julio of the home; children: Brittney Gonzalez and husband Jessie, Shaun Guevara and Betsy Villela, Marie Guevara and Joseph Lueth, Carlos Guevara all of Dumas, TX; grandchildren: Elijah, Zaylan, Zeremiah, Javier, Jessie, Olivia; sisters: Rebecca Robertson and husband Carl of Tyrone, OK, Christy Riddle and husband William of Fayetteville, AR.
