Position Title:  Payroll Clerk

Skills and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Read and write the English language proficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment
  • Strong computer skills in Word and Excel
  • Must be able to multi-task and organized
  • Attention to detail

Essential Job Functions:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Payroll knowledge preferred
  • Receive and audit time sheets for all employees
  • Enter payroll hours and all time in an accurate manner
  • Administer employee benefits
  • State Reporting
