Moore County Grand Jury returns 39 indictments

The Moore County Grand Jury returned 39 indictments Thursday. As of Tuesday, 30 of them have been released to the public. According to the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 20.22, “If the defendant is not in custody or under bond at the time of the presentment of indictment, the indictment may not be made public and the entry in the record of the court relating to the indictment must be delayed until the capias is served and the defendant is placed in custody or under bond.”

Those indicted are:

  • Zachary Lee Cornelison — Possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, Penalty Group 1, $5,000 bond
  • Zachary Lee Cornelison — Possession of marijuana more than four ounces, less than 5 pounds. $5,000 bond.
  • Joshua James Davids — Possession of a controlled substance more than 4 grams less than 400 grams, Penalty Group 2, $10,000 bond.
  • Fernando De Avila Rodriguez — Burglary of habitation, $5,000 bond.
  • Melania Goldman — Possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, $1,500 bond.
  • Marcelino Gomez-Moreales — Prohibited substance/item in correctional facility, $10,000 bond.
  • Hector Daniel Guerrero — Credit card or debit card abuse, $5,000 bond.
  • Nathan Taylor Hardenburg — Possession of a controlled substance, more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams, Penalty Group 2, $25,000 bond.
  • Ahmed Hassan — Attempt to take weapon from an officer, $5,000 bond.
  • Gerald James Henderson — Possession of a controlled substance more than 4 grams less than 400 grams, Penalty Group 2, $25,000 bond.
  • Ernest Royce Johnson Jr. — Possession of a controlled substance, more than 4 grams less than 400 grams, Penalty Group 2, $20,000 bond.
  • Humberto Crisanto Lopez — Burglary of a habitation, $10,000 bond.
  • Humberto Crisanto Lopez — Evading arrest with a vehicle. $10,000 bond.
  • Pamela Lopez — Manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance more than 4 grams less than 200 grams, Penalty Group 1, $25,000 bond.
  • Marion Hylas Martin — Driving while intoxicated 3rd or more, $10,000 bond.
  • Taylor Jordan Miller — Credit card or debit card abuse, $5,000 bond.
  • Azlee Dinea Morgan — Possession of a controlled substance more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams, Penalty Group 1 $10,000 bond.
  • Roxanne Marie Ortiz — Possession of a controlled substance more than 4 grams less than 400 grams, Penalty Group 2, $10,000 bond.
  • Jaime Padilla — Possession of a controlled substance, more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams, Penalty Group 1, $1,000 bond.
  • Jaime Padilla — Prohibited substance/item in correctional facility, $1,000 bond.
  • Carlos Luis Perez — Manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance more than 4 grams less than 200 grams, Penalty Group 1, $25,000
  • Christapher Dean Pruitt — Prohibited substance in correctional facility, $10,000 bond.
  • Santiago Ramos — Prohibited substance in a correctional facility alcohol/drug/phone/tobacco, $375,000 bond.
  • Santiago Ramos — Possession of a controlled substance more than 1 gram less than 4 grams, Penalty Group 1.
  • Joel Adelbert Sanford — Possession of marijuana more than 5 pounds less than 50 pounds, $20,000 bond.
  • Humberto Salomon Sequeda — Credit card or debit card abuse, $20,000 bond.
  • Jared Neil Sims — Driving while intoxicated 3rd or more, $10,000 bond.
  • Levi Jordan Stroud — Possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 2, $20,000 bond.
  • Omar Antonio Valenciano — Possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, Penalty Group 1, $5,000 bond.
  • Edy Lagunas Villeda — Driving while intoxicated 3rd or more, $10,000 bond.
