The Dumas Noon Lions Club and a bevy of volunteers wrapped about 8,262 pounds of meat in 33 minutes (33:03:80, Boss Lion Rowdy Rhoades said) Thursday in preparation for the barbecue June 11 at McDade Park. The 69th Annual Dogie Days celebration kicks off the day before and lasts until June 13. Scroll down to watch the video of the start of the meat wrap.
