The National Park Service (NPS) has added a second webcam at Lake Meredith National Recreation Area. This new camera is looking from the Sanford Dam pointing west overlooking the lake.
A previous webcam is also available on the NPS website overlooking Sanford-Yake, which provides a boat ramp, fishing dock, and bait shop. The Sanford Dam, completed in 1965, can be seen in the background.
The NPS says the funding for this webcam was provided by the Lake Meredith and Alibates Friends Group. The functionality of the camera was provided by Wright-On Bait and Tackle Shop.
You can view these, and other webcams on the NPS website.
