Former Moore County Chief Deputy Carmen Napp has been elected the 2020-21 president of the Texas Chief Deputies Association.
Napp is a Law Enforcement Consultant for Texas Association of Counties (TAC) Risk Management Services.
Before joining TAC in 2018, she was Chief Deputy of the Moore County Sheriff’s Office. She remains active in law enforcement and current with required law enforcement training.
