COVID Vaccine Clinic

This clinic is for:

Phase 1A – Front line healthcare workers, residents at long-term care facilities and first responders

Phase 1B – People 65+ or people 16+ with a health condition (cancer, Chronic kidney disease, COPD, Down Syndrome, Heart conditions, Organ transplant, Obesity, Pregnancy, Sickle cell disease, Type 2 diabetes ( if you have a medical condition not listed here you may still qualify for the vaccine. Talk to your provider to confirm)

Phase1C – Anyone who works in a pre-primary, primary and secondary schools, head Start  and early head programs (including  teachers, staff and bus drivers) and anyone who works as or licensed child care providers, including center-based and family are providers.
