Road construction and updates to public utilities have caused traffic issues for several months in Dumas. Road closures and traffic congestion will increase as Dumas Avenue undergoes major renovation in the near future.
The Moore County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) has launched a new system to keep citizens up-to-date with road closures and detours within Moore County while the construction continues. The system will also be used to notify users of road closures during winter storms.
